ZOLOFT MOBILE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By agreeing to the terms of Viatris Mobile ("Program"), you consent to receive autodialed marketing and other messages on behalf of Viatris Inc. and its service providers (“Viatris”), which may include text messages and/or push notifications. You also agree to the Savings Card Terms and Conditions www.zoloft.com/savings-terms, which are incorporated by reference into these terms.
You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any Viatris product. Message frequency may vary depending on user interaction; approximately 5 messages/month. There is no fee payable to Viatris to receive messaging; however, your carrier's message and data rates may apply. Not all carriers supported.
You may unsubscribe from the text message Program at any time by texting STOP. For help, text HELP or contact your mobile carrier. You may unsubscribe from the digital wallet message Program at any time by disabling push notifications or removing the digital wallet pass from your device for digital wallet programs.
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide to enroll into the Program. You understand that you are responsible for notifying Viatris immediately if you change your mobile telephone number and agree to indemnify Viatris and parties texting on its behalf in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify us of your number change. This includes but is not limited to all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Viatris reserves the right to rescind, revoke or amend the Program at any time without notice. Any revision, modification, or amendment to these terms shall take effect when they are posted. You agree to review these terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
